Sauerkraut

Homemade red cabbage sauerkraut is about ready to be eaten. There’s always a cabbage glut at our house and so after eating the Choucroute recipe in Claire Thomson’s The Five O Clock Apron book that I shot with her last year I decided to make some of my own. I used the ridiculously simple recipe from Nourished Kitchen and have been eagerly awaiting the results ever since.

Tastes pretty good – now to make Choucroute!
